The ten dollar cost of the custom listings is to reserve your spot for custom yarn and is nonrefundable. After you have contacted me and selected the options for your yarn I will invoice you with the remaining cost of the yarn. After payment in full is received I will begin work on your yarn. As this is completely custom yarn please allow me 2-6 weeks to complete your yarn to allow for time to dye, spin, ply and set the twist. All orders are taken on a first come first serve basis so there may be other people ahead of you so if you need your yarn within a certain time frame please contact me and I will be happy to work something out with you. I try to keep my customs list updated daily to every other day. Please also note that the waiting period for a custom spot may become longer as my list grows longer. I will reflect these changes in my listings.

I offer custom yarn and roving listings on both my shop on Etsy and the Natural Serenity congo which can be found by using the navigation menu on the left of the page.

I only offer limited spots at a time due to the time it take to custom dye and spin fiber.  If there are no custom spots open at the current time you can contact me to be put onto my custom waiting list.  When you get close to the top of the list I will contact you to figure out the details of your custom order and then invoice you for a down payment to hold your spot until you reach the top of my list.  When your turn comes up I will then contact you again to verify the details of your order and invoice you for the remainder of the amount of your custom before beginning work on your order.

Because of the time involved in dyeing, spinning and setting the twist of the yarn please allow 2-6 weeks for me to complete your order.  I try to keep my customs list updated daily to every other day.  Please also note that the waiting period for a custom spot may become longer as my list grows longer.  I will reflect these changes on my listings as well as on the website.  I will do my best to complete your order in as short of a time as possible!
